She's a beauty! Introducing my newest barn quilt pattern - Shine.
As with all my barn quilts, all you need to get started is a charm pack or 5-inch stacker (precut 5" squares) and some background fabric of choice. Toss in some border fabrics of your favorite prints and you have the perfect mix for a fresh barn quilt.
My charm pack of choice is Abloom by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics.
It's such a pretty blend of florals and small prints and just perfect for a springtime/summertime quilt.
The Shine Barn Quilt is pieced in sections versus rows as in all my previous barn quilt patterns.
Such a fun wallhanging quilt to piece. I really enjoyed making Shine Barn Quilt.
I knew almost immediately that I wanted to quilt this quilt up with the Floral Crosshatch pantograph from Urban Elementz. I used this panto earlier this year on my Love Blooms A Charming Barn Quilt 3 and really wanted to use it again, and it does not disappoint. The Floral Crosshatch pantograph is a sweet blend of florals and crosshatching, which, as we all know, is an all-time favorite of mine.
Shine Barn Quilt is available in my shop. You can choose one of three sizes and from four layouts.
20" x 20" (mini charm - uses 2 1/2" squares)
43" x 43" (charm pack - uses 5" squares)
96" x 96" (layer cake - uses 10" squares)
Happy quilting, everyone. Can't wait to see your versions of Shine Barn Quilt.
